      Internal processes are very cumbersome & take ages to implement. Salary structure is conservative.

      Pros

      Good work ethic and culture. Good employee benefits and services, great learning center and innovation focus. Very mature organization in spite of organic growth. Upper management seems to focus on the right things in the industry

      Cons

      Tell me who are your customers and I'll tell you who you are. Amdocs deals with large complicated and thus is complicated with complicated procedures and focus on operations since it's carrying technological commitment to existing customer base.
