Unethical practices related to what is reported to its owners to influence decisions being made at the time.
Owners are ignorant of what is actually going on because they are at the mercy of their leadership.
Employee morale is consistently low. Budget overruns due to poor decision-making.
Cronyism is rampant and contributes to poor decision-making, as many of the employees in positions of power lack the competence to run a lemonade stand, much less a multi-billion dollar organization.
Little opportunity for women in leadership regardless of ethnicity or race. There is currently only one female corporate executive.
There are no other diverse executives as the single African American male, before the Amentum/PAE acquisition, was demoted from his position in the C-Suite.
This is a company with dangerous leadership because they are incapable of taking advice or guidance and do not learn from the consequences of their poor decision-making practices.
Lastly, and this is the worst of all issues, employee pay has been a hot button because this organization has so broken the HCM system that there was a significant period where 30% of the employee pool was not receiving a paycheck or their pay was wrong due to payroll errors. There were at least two colleagues who were evicted as a result, and several managers who were paying their employees out of pocket to offset the lack of pay. A tragic situation, driven by poor decision-making that negatively impacts employees. Needless to say, turnover rates are high.
Recommend reading the reviews for PAE as well to corroborate this review as this company asks employees to plant positive reviews.
