Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of serving in multiple roles that shaped me into the recruiter I am today. I started as a Senior Administrative Assistant, learning the ins and outs of collaboration and organizational excellence. Later, I joined the Employee Experience team, where I helped launch programs like the American National Volunteer Program and the Congrats recognition initiative, both of which reflect the company’s commitment to community and celebrating success. In 2021, I transitioned into Talent Acquisition, and it’s been an exciting chapter of helping teams grow with the right talent.
