      Very nice working atmosphere, highly educated and professional people.

      Cons

      Not high salary, especially in the Pittsburgh area.

      Pros

      Competitive salary in EDA domain. Work is great and there's healthy learning.

      Cons

      Human resources department is the worst at Ansys. They are rude and overall tarnish the experience of working with the company. Budget is always a problem. There's no effort towards keeping employees happy. Off-boarding is bitter. Development teams are good but expect high work load and extended working hours.
