      Overall it is a good company, work load is ok

      Cons

      Pay is not high; some managers have micromanagement issue.

      Pros

      There are some excited new (EDA) products. It also has an increasing existence in EDA industry.

      Cons

      There are some legacy products that is struggling and facing increasing competition. Don't go to those product teams. (or you won't have a chance, they are shifting the HC overseas).

      None as such but one thing No fancy celebrations etc.
