Pros

I really had to think if I had seen any there, except Handsome CEO. Hard working Managers who work for 18 hours and make you work for 18 hours including weekends. Good parties. Good internal data base using which you can make offers easily

Cons

You are sacked by manager just because you asked for a raise in salary. I do not think any company does it. They pay you peanuts and ask you to work for 20 hours. After achieving target, They have all reasons not to give a hike or promotion. So called managers are not really managers, Pets of CEO. They lack basic communication skills. They lack basic professionalism. Do not even know the basics of Recruitment or Technology. They are only good in manipulating and buttering CEO. No manager likes another manager. You are instructed not to talk to any other manager or his team member. They defame other managers. Not to take or share knowledge. Funny part is, you are encouraged to steal credits. You are encouraged to be all unethical. Team gathering happens once in 3 months. Looks like, Every manager shows the fake numbers to create an 'artificial competition', which was again discussed by manager internally in team. how can a manager discuss like that Managers are always frustrated because of high targets and they do the same on team mates. They always want to compete. They show off facilities like foosball during interviews. But when played you are brutally insulted in meetings in front of everyone. They say you have full freedom to do anything just that you cannot even take a break when working. There is no facility available for the employees. Very small rest room for girls. No health insurance. No payslips provided. Bonus is promised but never given. If you leave the company, they will not even remember you. You manager or the HR never pick calls for any concern. There is fake respect only if you are an employee. Once you quit the company. No one cares. You are lucky if you get your final settlement. You are treated like an enemy when you want to leave all of a sudden. No work from home option, even for girls. CEO never talks to recruiters on the floor apart from managers and leads.

Pros

There's nothing good happens in this place. So don't waste your time.

Cons

Here you're thought to be unethical and only the ones practicing it excel No respect to individuals - many a times you will be objectified by the so called management To get promoted and recognised you need to cosy up with your manager else you don't Whatever you learn you learn on your own The management is a bunch of fools with no IQ whatsoever Dirty politics So called company culture sucks
