Pros

Retention bonus given out maybe. Overtime because people quit quite often.

Cons

The reason the retention bonus even exists is because people don't stay. Good help is not appreciated and gets burnt out quickly. Administration lies and tricks people to work certain houses. Shady organization and distrustful. State regulations are unknown to anyone that actually matters. They try to get new employees so much that they never think as to how they can keep good employees. Burn out rate is high and staff is very unappreciated.

Pros

It's only worth having as a summer job. In the beginning they schedule you to work 64-100 hours a week. The money adds up with all the minimum wage overtime.

Cons

Management behaves poorly, pay is low, 64 hour weeks and the culture is full of immature, petty, gossiping and back stabbing employees. The large amount of hours lasts until you complain about being exhausted or ask for a break then they schedule you less and less until you quit.
