Good environment, friendly people. There is room to grow and management is patient as you learn. Employee owned. End of the year bonus is given when the company meets it's goals.

Majority of the people at this company were Asian, mostly Vietnamese - nice people and friendly environment. Holiday bonus and year-end bonus for employees who met and exceeded the expectations were generous, and it was not just for top management, which was definitely a plus, because I know at some companies only exempt/salary employees receive bonus, but not the hourly employees. Applied Engineering was definitely better on this part. Employee appreciation were also expressed through seasonal BBQ party and summer picnic when the business was doing well. The company is a private/family owned business, and you can definitely feel that atmosphere.
