      Pros

      Lots to learn if you are self motivated and can find someone who will show you the ropes. Coworkers are great, hardworking people

      Cons

      Quarterly layoffs are getting increasingly extreme and unpredictable. Layoffs in September were forecasted. Layoffs on December 13th were completely out of nowhere. People came to work and found out their badges didn’t work and IT, of all departments, informed folks they were no longer employed. People had been assigned work the day before and they come in to find they no longer have a job. HR doesn’t even understand what roles people have or how their job contributes to production. Culture implied to visa sponsored employees is that they need to be willing to sacrifice their personal life for their role.

      Pros

      Above market pay, good PTO, Troy campus is beautiful.

      Cons

      Layoffs are a common occurrence here so job security is non existent. 400 people were laid off on August 31st with more layoffs in Q4. My new recruiter refuses to work with Aptiv or Delphi to place anybody there due to the constant layoffs. (Wish I knew that before I took the job)
