Pros

It pays within market range for the area. They tuition reimbursement make it worth your wild to finish a degree you may have started in the past. Mmmm... supervisor is pretty laid back. We've had our up's and down's but neither of us are perfect. Small team which I'm debating if it's a good or bad thing.

Cons

The stigma behind the department is sketchy. They really don't promote much from within. They'd rather hire temps. It's just easier for them. Management really likes to look for someone to blame instead of a solution. The bureaucracy of the building can be a little much at times. Oh and the gossiping.. oooooooh the gossiping. Small work environments are good for intimacy and family-like culture in the work place, but when you work with lower level intelligence; one apple can spoil the entire bunch.
