Pros

The culture is very good within the team.

Cons

Leadership was a significant concern during my time at the company. In my experience, compensation for new graduates was below market rates, and some employment contract terms felt unfavorable relative to similar opportunities elsewhere.

Pros

Because my team is so disorganized, we sometimes end up with periods of no work whatsoever because I'm waiting and requesting things from others.

Cons

Since we're a client-facing delivery team, we take the fall for most of the issues that back-end or other supporting teams create problems for. We don't get adequate support needed. The work feels unfulfilling because clients are unhappy, even though we recognize they are not adequately prepared for the solution we will provide them, despite being consultants.
