Work Culture was not good.

Pros

There was good training.

Cons

Work culture was not good. Even though you did receive training, the teamwork was not there. It was like every man for himself and in a professional environment, you have work together in order to be successful.

Pros

Strong technical abilities at the local levels across the country. Strong safety culture that is driven by top leadership

Cons

Micromanagement from corporate office has caused a lot of talented leaders at all levels to leave company. First response to any market slow down is to lay off workers. There is no trust between "field" employees and "corporate" employees.

Pros

Money is great, employees are good people for the most part.

Cons

The work sucks, poorly promoted management, saftey is not the primary concern (safety meetings are not even mandatory), the company wants to have the cake and eat it too. The dont hire hands to train, they only want experienced hands but how they treat their employees is horrible. They run them into the dirt physically, mentally and dont care. They will work you 16 and sometimes more hours a day, expect you to be back at it in 8 hours to do anything personal eat, sleep, use bathroom or visit with your family. They will still call you while you try and sleep on your time off begging for assistance, help, or want to know when you can come in. There is no accountability for assets, tools, or employees or customers for doing the wrong thing. The communication between customer and management is crap, they let customers tear up the equipment and dont understand why they go threw so many starters, have so much downtime etc. The bonuses are garbage, most of us would just rather not get one since it cant even pay for a cell phone bill. The tool allowance is garbage, you will easily break more than they give you in a year. Good luck on getting any specialty tools to do your job correctly. They do not complete scheduled maintenance like top ends, overhauling frames, changing sensors, upgrading panels and software when they are supposed to since it's not in the business model. This company will slowly get ran over by competitors since they are out to do the right thing and keep machines running. They do have training, its garbage, the few training classes from other companies are 1000% and though. Most employers are not trained on specific equipment.
