Pros
* There are some really great people working the front lines. * The pay is pretty decent.
Cons
* Executive Management is only concerned with numbers. And you, the employee, are nothing more than one of those numbers. * Bonus compensation is constantly changing. Especially when people start making good money. And the bad thing is, the CEO will change you comp backdated to a previous month versus giving you a heads-up of the changes. * The company is owned by a venture capital group, which means a company sale is forthcoming, which means many jobs will be lost once that happens so your tenure with the company will not be long-term. In our meeting where the new owners spoke, one of them actually said they only intended to keep the business for around 3 years before they sell it again. * Clinical delivery is very poor, especially here in our midwest markets. The dentists do little and most simply refer all the patients out which the home could do on their own without the need to pay us. * This is a dental delivery company and none of the management has any dental background. * Poor culture - it's either all "yes" people or a lot of gossiping. No trust at all in senior management.
