Pros
Good training and welcoming environment. There are some amazing people here that go out of their way to assist you and teach you the processes and systems.
Cons
Rude customer interactions as any call center deals with. Seasonal, but management was vague on how long we would be working for the season and didn't inform us until close to the end. This agency's processes are outdated which is the cause for many of the issues that customers complain about.
