Pros

None!!The health benefits and pay were horrible.

This was by far rhe WORST company I have ever worked for. The training was horrible, The Manager G.B. has no clue what he is doing and does not know how to talk to people let alone be a manager. Its all about who you know and not what you know within this company. G.B. is one of the most arrogant abrasive idiot I have ever encountered. You cant ask him anything pertaining to your job as he will more often than most direct you to someone else., because he has no idea how to do the real work. They will overload you with accounts and assignments and expect for you to get all these assignments done within 8 hours. The pay was never worth the amount of stress you receive from working here. They think so highly of their Mexico colleagues and do not appreciate the Hard workers that is currently in the US. Then you have ol muppet mouth K.R. who loves to stir the pot by adding your manager onto emails because you asked her a question. This haas been a blessing ! I am stress free and do not have to EVER deal with these kind of people EVER!! Ya'll did me a favor by laying me off and I am forever GRATEFUL!
