      Semi good pay, employees were nice

      Cons

      Supervisors break federal laws against discrimination, get called on it, and HR protects senior leaders and ignores you even with a mountain of evidence. There’s zero opportunity for advancement since all the senior leaders have been there for 20+ years instead of retiring and stepping aside

      During my time here at Ascensus, I have not found a downside of working here. We are all one team working for the same goals.

      Salary and benefits were fair.

      Cons

      The company has managers who have been there for a long time and fear losing their jobs with new leadership. They are not highly skilled but are a tight clique. They are political for their own well being rather than doing the right thing for the company. Agree with their agenda and play the game; not work focused and growth oriented.
