Pros

Decent benefits, decent pay, flexible schedule, work from home, good tools and marketing material.

Cons

Poor training, horrible management, unreasonable expectations, poor approval ratio, steal customers, inappropriate behavior by management, immature behaviors by management and employees, and ops appear angry and are rude. Must bring in 3x's revenue goal to be considered successful. 1 out of 10 hires still with company after 1 year. False promises. I believe they hire 10-15 employee's at a time to get leads and steal customers as they have changed nothing to lower turnover. Management is listed in top attaining reps which makes sense if they steal all their previous employee's customers.

Pros

good marketing team as well as OPS

Cons

Company tells you that you get a DRAW but thats only for a month or two- that money is then taken out of your commissions. They have you sign up as an employee though and the only money you have is a little draw then once that is paid back to the company it is a small portion of your commissions that you make. They give you only the length of 2 months (if that) to filter through all of your leads and change them over to Ascentium Practices then they fire you. Without a care in the world- no wonder the company is still around. They are living off of the hard work that people have given them with nothing in return except for a slam in the back as they walk out. Oh and also they do not pay for anything such as internet, electric, phone etc. to get your business through the door. SO you end up using the tiny amount of DRAW thats paid back to the company. My advice to anyone looking at joining Ascentium- Make sure you already are a self made millionaire. If you are providing for a family WALK AWAY you are just wasting your time because you will be working for free and then lose all of your customers.

Pros

Benefits, solid company, and some of the SVP's in the Company are great!

Cons

I've seen the recent comments and they are true, this is why I decided it was time for me to leave. It used to be a great place to work and loved it until Management changed, not being available, always canceling meetings, responding to emails 2-3 days later, made bad decisions without hearing what employees had to say. A lot of employees had been there for years who were assets to the company, you have to take care of good employees and keep them motivated, make them feel part of the success! These bad decisions are making it more difficult for the sales team, operations, and customers. When there are changes that will affect service levels, they won't communicate to sales to avoid conflict, so the front line employees have to face the complaints. About 10 people under her have either left or transferred to another department within 6 months. Seems like there is a common denominator...
