Delusional Company

Pros

There is bonus opportunity if you meet multiple requirements

Cons

The company is delusional in what it believes it is and what it actually is. They state they want to amaze their team members, yet they find ways to do the exact opposite. Numerical goals they set forth are based off make believe algorithms of what they believe the goal should be, not off last years data like a normal business would operate. Senior leadership question your capabilities if you do not put work ahead of life diminishing work life balance. Favoritism is shown at the highest level and your work does not always come with recognition.

Pros

They definitely spend money on continued education and leadership. You can make good money as sale rep if your a hustler and have the gift of gab.

Cons

Favoritism all through the company. If one seasoned person doesn't like you they will always go with that person's opinion of you. The termination process is ridiculous. On one hand they will keep giving a person as many strikes as possible before firing them,no matter how many write-ups or warnings that person has as long as they are a strong seller. But if a seasoned person says something to hr about you, Your fired the next day no matter how many hrs or money you have made them. Its a very unfair system and their turnover rate is ridiculous because Noone is ever happy there. They can't keep employees so they are always hiring. They start you off with a good salary during training and then instantly drop you to minimum wage after training period is over. Its circus show to say the least. Long hrs for managers. Irons (double shifts)times a week because they are under staffed so they rather drain the life out of manager than hire the right people. Under pay for managers. And unfair treatment.
