No company is perfect. There is always going to be politics, favoritism, things you don't like about the company. The question is does this company give you a chance to grow and improve yourself as both a person and an employee? Is there a reasonable work-life balance? To both questions I would say yes.
There is plenty of opportunity to work on new products and advance your career. At the same time, it is your standard 8 hour/day job and there is no pressure to say longer. Its a great opportunity for a fresh college grad.
- Great coworkers
- Good benefits
- Lots of training provided
- Get to work with industry-leading products
- Build experience working with colleagues from around the world
Cons
- Lots of "historical hurdles" that prevent efficient work (i.e. an hour-long history lesson needed before solving the problem at hand, due to the company's long history)
