The developers I’ve worked with have been incredibly supportive and genuinely uplifting. They bring a positive attitude, deep expertise, and a willingness to help that makes day‑to‑day work enjoyable.

Cons

At the same time, the culture can be quite competitive, and some teams or individuals can be challenging to work with. It’s not necessarily negative, but it does require adaptability and strong communication skills.
