      the managers at AutoZone are always willing to help you grow and improve, they are always kind and courteous.

      the pay is not equivalent how hard everyone there works.

      Worked with friends from school and decent flexibility.

      Cons

      Got yelled at for going back home to visit family while mangers wouldn't show up for weeks at a time and they would sleep in the office.

      Pros

      It helps you gain experience in dealing with customers and if you are to pursue a career in the auto part industry then i would highly recommend working here.

      Cons

      The customers can tend to be very rude and disrespectful at times if you have what they need even if it is out of your hands
