Pros

Benefits package was great, but not nearly as great as US and Canada-based positions. Dev teams were awesome.

Cons

Too many layers of management, but it’s to be expected of a corporation. Very slow decidion making. Frequest restructurings which laid to many layoffs in recent years. Mysterious end-of-year review process and impossible to get a serious salary increase.

good company, good pay, good technology

Cons

managers are free to do favouritism and dont appear in 1:1 even if you take followups for months!! Also not good projects that have technical challenges... You have to be on managers good books to excel.
