      Pros

      We were purchased by Autodesk. They helped keep our internal culture alive and even helped us expand it into their culture.

      Cons

      It's a little stuffy. There are programmers that have been there and nowhere else for 20 years, which sounds great unless you're a programmer. It means they allow stagnation.
