Recently, Execs are pushing for waaaay more in-office time, when the 4-day-remote-and-1-day-in-office was the best work schedule I've ever had. You had a great thing, and now they're trying to get rid of it for everyone. Base pay is on the low side of the market value.

If the CEO had it his way we'd be in the office everyday and I would not be surprised if hybrid went away in the next year or two so keep that in mind. - I don't think this is any fault of the company or that there is any sort of discrimination going on, but if you aren't LDS you might feel a bit out of place as the majority of employees are.
