Hybrid Workplace
Great benefit package
Cool coworkers
Cons
Recently, Execs are pushing for waaaay more in-office time, when the 4-day-remote-and-1-day-in-office was the best work schedule I've ever had. You had a great thing, and now they're trying to get rid of it for everyone.
Base pay is on the low side of the market value.
-Great benefits and PTO
-Decent pay but I think has been outpaced by inflation
-Exciting technology
-Many talented and fun people to work with
-Huge potential to disrupt many industries with amazing products
-I do believe ASI is always trying to improve, even if I may not agree with everything I do believe they genuinely come from a good place and care about the employees.
Cons
-Constantly underestimating and not delivering. I think this is a problem that stems from customer pressure mostly but is also combined with not doing enough proper technical and business analysis up front to make sure the proper requirements are generated.
- Work life balance is highly dependent on your role and team. Some people in middle management work insane hours and wear way too many hats.
- The only reason that the office culture is hybrid is because the market is too competitive not to be and the building is not large enough for the recent growth. If the CEO had it his way we'd be in the office everyday and I would not be surprised if hybrid went away in the next year or two so keep that in mind.
- I don't think this is any fault of the company or that there is any sort of discrimination going on, but if you aren't LDS you might feel a bit out of place as the majority of employees are.
