Avetta reviews

There are really a lot of cons. I have been searching for another job because I have never been so stressed out in my life. I think the main feeling is uncertainty. There is only so much a group can take with seeing their friends getting laid off. We haven't had a raise or performance review since I have been with the company with is about a year and a half. I started with the company right after they gave the first round of reviews. The truth is it is hard to work for Avetta knowing that the executive team does not care at all what happens to us. We do not trust anyone on the executive side at all.

The entire feeling of the company. There is zero culture here. ZERO. And please spare me the nice comments Avetta when you reply to my rating. Say it to my face and not when it matters in the public eye. Here is the real deal - I have been with Avetta (formerly PICS Auditing) for almost two years now. Since my time, I have seen 3-4 groups of people getting fired for a so called "restructuring" only to see their replacements start right away. We are all standing in line to be fired. No one is safe, well unless you are John Herr and the "founders". They are cashing in on our lives is how a lot of us feel. We often joke that everyday could be our last day here because nothing is stable. The morale is at an all time low. The only way we get some laughter is when we read the "great" reviews on here about this place. We know who you are that is writing them. I have often walked past John Herr in the hallway and he won't even look me in the eye or say hello. Please listen when I say this, do not apply here. Do not accept a job here unless you love to be on unemployment. I have had to seriously consider going on anti-depressants because my whole life has been affected with the hostility I have felt since working here. The reason why I stay? I want the severance package. I feel like I deserve it after all I have been through.
