Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

This is the only place I have ever seen that looks for reasons not to pay you. This company has the worst integrity I have seen . They build their name and reputation off the backs of its employee’s but choose not to compensate them for their work. Very hostile and confrontational environment that is usually short lived. They try to justify treating you poorly. Do not be impressed by the four day work week as you will have to work another job that day as well as others in order to survive. If you have issues do not look for HR to help. Prior to working here I would look into other affiliate agencies and networks.

Pros

The people are great with the exception of the US Country Manager

Cons

No training- she does not believe in mentoring her employees Has no managerial skills- do as she says and don't question anything Very little interaction with employees unless she is no happy with something Very negative working environment when she is in the office Clicks among employees If you're looking for a positive, team environment where you can grow in your career, this is NOT the place!

Decent place to work, but still a bit to desire.

Pros

4 day work week health benefits (employer covers premium) work from home positive outlook for future

Cons

-Little room for growth while on certain teams -Global team collaboration is difficult -Low Salaries compared to competitors in the market -Disparity between US vacation time (15 days to start) and EU/UK vacation time (~25 days to start). It's unfair to sit on a global team and have the rest of your team taking two or three weeks off at a time, while the US team is trying to hoard vacation days just so we can possibly take off one week in the summer, one week during the holiday season, and carry some days over to the next year -Lot of work, not much recognition -Bi-Monthly Pay instead of Bi-Weekly or Weekly pay -No chance to change holidays that align with holidays you actually observe. ex- Passover, Rosh Hashanah, etc.
