Good product and people. Products are overall easy sell with good people . Most of the people are easy to get along with .

Cons

Low salary and limited room for growth . Very low salary increase every year. Whatever you agree to first day you agree to a job is what you will be making in 10 years.A lot of turnover with people leaving now.

Decent culture, great products and bagel fridays

Cons

If you are over 30, or think outside the koolaid box, it's not a place for you. They are so marketing centric with no real logic to the marketing decisions it makes you wonder if they want to continue with success.

Pros

Axis is full of wonderful people to work with. There are people there who embody the idea of their core values (most, not all). Great community, with some great benefits which allow relationships to building within the company.

Cons

Need to look to hire all kinds of managers. It seems as though there are only specific types of managers being hired, who are not leaders. Also, the idea of the work-life balance lacks, even though Axis says it is a big promoter of it, it's not. People are encouraged to take time off, but usually do not have the back-up to do so. Most employees are overworked and underappreciated, it all depends on the department you are in.
