Pros

There’s none to be found here.

Cons

• Axos Bank is made unbearable by disorganized and unreasonable leaders. • Leadership fails to communicate properly and keeps making damaging and inefficient decisions that hurt employees the most. • Employees receive very little support from leadership. • Opportunities for learning and career growth are almost nonexistent.

Pros

Would be nice to have more consistency in how projects were managed and priorities determined. Professional and reliable coworkers, but fluid expectations can make it difficult to maintain momentum. Mixed experience, but worth noting the fair treatment from managers.

Cons

Revisions and changing priorities can create unnecessary pressure.

Pros

The only positive is the below market paycheck you receive. That is the extent of it.

Cons

• Hostile tone from leadership with clear indifference toward employees. • Disorganized communication and constant lack of direction. • Excessive workload with no real support provided. • Poor onboarding and training, leaving employees to figure everything out alone. • Pay does not match the demands of the role. • Little to no opportunity for growth or advancement. • High turnover as strong employees quickly leave.
