      Great fourth year

      Pros

      Great teammates, great boss, flexible with hours (these may just be within my team, specifically). The team and the company has a clear vision on where they want to go. There are semi-annual bonuses, comprised of cash and stock. I have yet to sell any stock, and so far it has grown in value.

      Cons

      Promotion was slow in coming, but there were salary increases in between. Bonuses were hard-earned, but no goal was impossible to reach.

Developed strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Teams work closely together on projects and reports. Consistent feedback and communication.
