A lack of leadership in the NSW account and higher, instead you have mandarins and bureaucrats with little respect for you as a “resources”. Continual degradation of renumeration, package, work expectations, and opportunities Don't expect any decent pay rise (1%-2% in 2026 is not unusual whilst inflation is over 3%)
