      Ability to work from home, decent pay

      Cons

      Incredibly behind the times as far as managing employees. Expect employees to log every minute of how every day was spent, treat employees like children, way more focus on policy and procedure than results, employee evaluation process had 40+ steps this year. Very outdated, not at all nimble and fresh, and incredibly frustrating to work for. The have an entire department dedicated to coming up with SOP documents from everything from how to log your minutes to how to turn on your out of office replies! Can you say micromanage??

      Pros

      Ability to work from home, adequate pay.

      Cons

      No schedule flexibility and poor work/life balance, extreme micro-management, severe lack of employee engagement, dismissive and uncaring executive leadership team, profit first mentality, benefits package is severely lacking and includes extremely high health insurance premiums, wage discrimination.

      Pros

      BCD has a great vision of what they want to be and it shows at times. Decent pay, good benefits, fun activities, food on occasion, free training online (if you have time) and a few other pluses.

      Cons

      If you are unlucky to get under poor management in a division that has a workload that is unreasonable, be ready for micromanagement and politics galore. Also inexperienced management will make the job miserable. Work extra hours with no gratitude, but get scolded for being 15 minutes late. Just a small example.
