      Pros

      Field techs are for the most part competent. Management however is not.

      Cons

      HR does t know there butt from a hole in the ground. Utterly useless. Does not advocate for the employee at all. Always two different stories she will give. Management sees an easy job and big dollar signs. ALL weight is carried by field staff for mere pennies.

      Pros

      The employees are good people. Hard working and great team players.

      Cons

      The same great employees are not valued by the executive team. A paycheck is all you'll get. If that's for you, go for it. But if you want something more, maybe an incentive, or motivation to become better etc. Look elsewhere.
