Pros

There are a lot of really driven and hard working people. Perks include: free breakfast, onsite gym, and an annual service day.

Cons

The hours are unreasonable for the pay. Expect to work until 10 or 11 pm the first three weeks of every quarter and the first three business days of the month. You have to work on 4th of July, New Year's day, and other holidays. That is not an option, its an expectation. Long hours and hard work do not get rewarded, rather management chooses to promote their favorites. Management treats the operations team like sheep not people. Work life balance is not respected whatsoever. This obviously varies team by team so do your homework.

Good perks (discount on lunches, parking), free gym, nice work environment. Good location for public transportation.

Cons

Disorganized management of EA team which is extremely large (over 100). Salaries are average, certainly not competitive - only place BC stands out is Profit Sharing. EA opinions will vary greatly depending on the manager and team they work for. Some managers are amazing, others are a nightmare. No flex time/hours. Zero to little opportunities for growth and advancement. Salary increases are typically no greater than normal cost of living adjustments.

If you are Finance or IT you are treated like the help and there is no advancement so I hope you like the job you come it at.
