      If you get a good manager, you can learn a lot here.

      Cons

      They are stuck in their ways, not open to process improvement. The hours are incredibly long if you're even halfway decent at your job and the pay is at least $20,000 less than what you can get elsewhere.

      They are a horrible recruiting company. They found one position for me, told me that if it did not work out they would help me find something else. They have never gotten back to me even after a few phone calls and emails. I would never recommend this company to anyone looking for a position.
