      Great place to work very laid back. Management is super friendly and easy to talk to!

      I don’t have any-I just found a job close to kids school or I would have stayed.

      Bakonis a company that cares deeply about thier employees. They have always put the employees of the company ahead of hard choices during Covid and the after math. A very strong leadership group has made sure that the company's interests align with the employees and creat a positive work environment.

      They could work better at streamlining processes.
