      Pros

      Virtually none. Bonuses are never paid. Decent vacation time I guess.

      Cons

      Management has no understanding on automotive business. They will abandon you then blame you at a moments notice. If you are holding an offer from this company, please reach out to former members of this “team” to see how things really function. Do you really want to be part of a place where your existence is predetermined?

      Local management has no added value, increasing number of useless meetings and discussions. Some projects and timelines are chaotic, no one really knows what they need and why.
