      Best Health System in the Tampa Bay Area

      Pros

      Great work culture and work/life balance. Most nurses feel seen or heard by management. This a not-for-profit hospital and they really try reinvest their resources into our staff and community.

      Cons

      Pay could be more competitive. Though the medical benefits are great, the cost is expensive.

      Pros

      Decent pay, good co workers. Lots of places to work in the Tampa area. Health care benefits could be better.

      Cons

      If you are a conservative keep your mouth shut. You’re opinion will not be welcomed by management. Tommy Inzina is very outspoken on what you should believe in and who/what you should vote for. Conservatives, if you like your job zip it. You don’t have the right to exercise your 1st amendment rights.

      The benefits. That’s it! Nothing else.

      Cons

      BayCare says they have an “open door policy”. That is an absolute joke!!! You’re better off to just keep your mouth shut and bite your tongue! It’s all about “corporate politics and favoritism” and not about “real talent and qualified employees”.
