Founders have previous successful exits. Processes and plans are built to scale for the long-term. There's significant mentorship, and never a "go figure it out on your own" attitude. - Friendly, transparent culture. Majority of new employees have stated in one way or another "You talked about having a positive culture, but I'm still surprised by how open and friendly people are here". - Remote first approach that embraces modern work flows. - Coaching culture. Senior leadership carves out necessary time to make sure everybody feels empowered to do their job and learn. - Many growth opportunities. We're growing organically, but quickly.

It's a team that genuinely has your back. Decisions are thoughtfully made and the team actually tries to live their values. Management will be in the trenches with you and offer an open door to explain strategy just the same. It's an outcomes driven environment that isn't shy to promote early or provide real feedback depending on the situation. Leadership is incredible - they genuinely mentor and promote positive team culture. The clients are top notch and the roles are interesting. It's a good mix of standard recs and unique ones that keep you learning.
