      Pros

      Great work environment. Casual yet constructive open floor plan. The company does a lot to promote a positive culture.

      Cons

      Training has not kept up with the pace of growth leaving many new hires unprepared for the work. Long hours (50+) are the norm, even outside of Open Enrollment (70+).

      Make Work Matter

      Pros

      You get to work with great people to support and promote ground breaking technology that is paving the way for employee benefits enrollment. The company is very involved in the community and works to make Charleston, SC a better place for everyone.

      Cons

      Everyone works hard and plays hard. Sometimes its hard to away from work because you end up hanging out with your coworkers after work.
