Pros

The people are genuinely a highlight. Smart, collaborative, and easy to work with across teams. Competitive Salary, Generous PTO plus recharge days. Strong culture of innovation. There's a real appetite for new ideas and modern approaches to solving problems. A lot of new people at Billtrust, they care about doing things the right way.

Cons

Still getting my bearings since I'm relatively new, so I don't have a lot to point to yet. There's a lot of context to absorb early on. A more structured ramp-up guide could help new hires get up to speed faster.

Pros

Once upon a time from 2016-2017, there was great leadership in Billtrust Marketing, and the culture was top notch. Cut to today : complete 180 degree change, with no end in sight....

Cons

The Executive team fired that great leadership I mentioned, along with many other good people. Those of us left got zero strategic direction or leadership and then were blamed for the lack of results. Oh, and the nasty Director running the show in the meantime is a hazard to the company - no leadership AND no results. But evidently, top grade behind-smooching skills.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We are committed to having an open and transparent culture. It’s unfortunate we did not have an opportunity to discuss your concerns while you were employed here. There have been some significant changes to the Marketing team this year, all designed to position us for success in 2019 and beyond. Change can often be difficult but also necessary at a company growing at the rate we are today. I want to assure you there was always a plan. One of our values state, "Fix the problem, not the blame." As a leadership team, we would never place blame on a single person, team, or department. Instead, taking accountability as one team and focusing on fixing issues to move towards accomplishing our goals is always our priority. - Steve Pinado, President
