Pros
Steady work from April to October. Fair pay when you start. Good benefits: 9 paid holidays, health, dental, vision, and long term disability insurance are offered. 401k available with match up to 3%. Two weeks vacation after two years 3 weeks after 5 years.
Cons
Poor management, company is run on a 'good o boy' system. All employees are not treated fairly. Promotion are given to friends and relatives. Company policies don't apply to everyone, and they will be enforced if your not friend or relative.
