Bad management. They always lie to their employees. Worst company ever. No training. They just don't believe their own team. No team work. No trust. No future there.

Work life balance is not ideal for anybody. We were payed salary, however, company still made us clock in and stay in the office for 9 hours even when we didn't have tasks. We would then have to go home and take some more calls with the offshore team in a different country so we had to work 11 hour days. Management is very indecisive with the product. One day we'll be working on something for the product and they next day, we'll scrap and so something completely different. This happened multiple times.
