Meaningful AI & analytics work = happy employees who are satisfied they're contributing something real. Leadership recognizes merit & impact - no matter your title. Blend is a global company with a boutique firm feel. Leaders are accessible to everyone for feedback & guidance.

Cons

We're growing fast, so there's room to improve: communication can sometimes be delayed and internal processes have been somewhat slow to be established.

I gave it one star because Glassdoor’s lowest rating is one star 1. The management is a mess! The CEO says the company's most important asset is human, but this company does not treat its employees as human beings. When the company cannot find projects, it will messily lay off people 2. Toxic work environment. The management praises overtime work and gives an annual reward to an employee just because that employee works overtime and stays in the office until after work hours 3. Fake reviews, including on Glassdoor, and the so-called Great Place to Work awards :)

supportive colleages, free drinks and snakes in the office

Cons

1. Generous 25 gift card rewards for the great work :) 2. 0 job security, emplyees are treated as cheap labor and if they cannot sell you to a client to fill out the billable hours you better get ready 3. Lack of transparency. The only thing you can hear from leadership is we are growing while they are laying off people 4.Micro managment. Need to be vigilant when you are in the office because some people are watching you. You have to go to the happy hour/social or you are not fitting the "culture"
