Pros

It pays ok. Not well compared to other companies.

Cons

CEO’s emails are ridiculously out of touch. I’m not sure if anyone reads his bullcrap. Layoffs and furloughs are happening left and right while CEO talks about a ship. What?

Rampant "boys club" culture in SVP and C-Suite Decisions solely made to please C-level manager, despite impact on business, budget, or resources The company promotes work/life balance and focus on mental health, however abusive managers and leadership constantly rewarded

Take your talent elsewhere

Pros

Customer base that is “stuck” with the company, lifestyle balance, don’t need to work much or hard and just sail through

Cons

This is a shit-show plain and simple. If you are talented, you will be bored in no time. A very siloed company where one arm doesn’t talk to the other and every department just fights with each other rather than focusing on their customers.
