Pros

There are no pros but you have it write at least five words to submit your review.

Cons

I traveled from out of state for an interview as Production Manager at there plant in Ringgold Georgia. It appeared to be a very good interview with the President of the company. As I was leaving he shook my hand for a third time and said if I had any questions to not hesitate to reach out to him. A day later I sent a thank you email to him for the interview. No reply and understandable. 10 days later I sent him an email asking him the status, NO REPLY. 21 days later I called the HR person that I had my initial interview with, left voicemail and NO REPLY. 5 weeks now and still waiting reimbursement for traveling expenses to travel from out of state for interview.

Pros

i work with amazing people and making coffee is probably the simplest thing i've ever done

Cons

oh boy i could go on. i'm in college and took this job expecting it to be low-stress so i could focus on school. i was recently promoted to shift leader and i hate it. i'm expected to do the work of shift leaders, assistant managers, and sometimes even the general manager all in one day. i was promised a $0.50 raise and i only got half of it because i wasn't "certified yet" even though i am. i am one of 3 shift leaders, and when i tried to call out sick (read: i didn't want to handle food while throwing up) my job was threatened because management didn't want to come in. i barely make enough money to pay my bills while working 30 hours a week (against my wishes btw) and yet i'm expected to essentially be the assistant manager. not a person i work with isn't stretched to their limit.
