Pros

This is the only com pany I come across which I think how is still going on. There bare nothing which I can praise about it.

Cons

There is lot of pressure at employees below management level. Too much micro-management and no work life balance. Salaries are lower side compare to the work as per market norms. It's a toxic and stressful environment given by your managers and they are supoposed to be creating this kind of environment as per the expectation from top management. Avoid this company at any cost.
