      The company is constantly striving to become more Agile every month and the difference is really showing. There are lots of resources available and I've found a happy work/life balance.

      Cons

      There are some legacy and black box magics involved at times that can be a hassle.

      - Benefits such as cycle to work scheme, snacks in the office - Opportunity to be trained in Agile methods and other skills such as giving presentations, personal development - Good brand recognition in fintech - Pay rise during employment - Company outings in summer - Global conferences to learn from each other - Some travel opportunities

      Cons

      - It felt like some departments were at odds with each other and competing for resources - Decisions are made in Boston office without local flexibility - Tech stack is outdated - Career progression is unclear unless you're in Sales or Business Administration - Difficult to drive organisational change - Your experience largely depends on which department recruited you. Some departments are innovative and empowering.
