      Pros

      Great culture, amazing coworkers, good benefits and a close-knit community. Everyone is very helpful and team focused. A great environment to work in!

      Cons

      The company doesn’t seem to be able to manage compensation and benefits in an organized or professional manner. There is also no 401k match.
