Pay is probably slightly below market. Promotions are likely every two years, and there isn't a real promotion plan because spots only open up when managers leave as company is not growing exponentially.
Product itself is great, but in this stiff market is tough to differentiate. Pretty obvious there is a ceiling on how much this company can grow and I would not be surprised if there was either an acquisition or an activist investor in the next year.
Management can at times (usually EOQ) make inane asks. Up to your discretion if you follow them as it's usually apparent that all management is not aligned on the process.
