      Pros

      Four day work week, benefits are good if they only had someone there that could explain them. Good vacation policy would be better if they actually let you use them. Vacation was basically used when staff said you could use it.

      Cons

      Lower pay than competition, poor treatment by new human resources personnel. Overachievers held to high standards. Underachievers are babied and coddled. Routing needs a facelift Dynamic routing=Dynamic Failure.

      Pros

      Sales team & support staff are among the best in the industry. excellent (if shrinking) product portfolio to bring to market including TOP global brands.

      Cons

      Management makes the same mistakes every month/quarter/year... Inventory mistakes... Pricing mistakes... Territory mistakes... Hiring "Hot" girls who don't last long vs. qualified candidates... It's not unlike the movie Groundhog Day.

      A lot of emphasis is place on pleasing suppliers. Could do a better job in the diverse markets.
